Orthotics

Orthotics (insoles or shoe inserts) are utilized to restore or assist in maintaining normal foot positioning and mechanics during gait. Any biomechanical dysfunction in the foot/ankle can lead to a variety of conditions including, but not limited to:

  • Heel Pain
  • Knee Pain
  • Low Back Pain

In some cases, exercise alone can assist in correcting these biomechanical faults.
